A skills-evidence and opportunity-matching prototype for reintegration after incarceration, focused on the skills a person chooses to share rather than their history.
This is a prototype. The results below describe its evaluation.
My contribution
- Built a user-selected skills passport using a bounded synthetic catalog
- Used TF-IDF retrieval to rank fictional opportunities and simulated pathways
- Kept incarceration as the problem context rather than a model input
